Monika Šubrtová is an attorney-at-law specialising in acquisitions and sales of companies, private equity, venture capital, corporate law, commercial law and legal due diligence.
Prior to joining FINREG PARTNERS, Monika worked for several years at international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang and before that at the largest Czech law firm HAVEL & PARTNERS.
In the area of M&A, she focuses on advice relating to sale and purchase of companies, formation of joint ventures and restructurings. She has been involved in a number of major transactions in various sectors, acting for both the sellers and the buyers. She also advises clients on general corporate housekeeping, including meeting their ongoing corporate, regulatory and other compliance obligations.
