Notably, this client was a&nbsp;sub-limit manager, meaning they were operating outside the scope of AIFMD regulation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These proceedings, conducted pursuant to Section 324 et seq. of the Act on Management Companies and Investment Funds, are highly specific, requiring both precision and a&nbsp;comprehensive understanding of <a href=\"https:\/\/finreg.cz\/en\/investment-funds-and-asset-management\/\">investment fund management<\/a>. This area is a&nbsp;key specialisation of FINREG PARTNERS, where both Ond\u0159ej Mikula and Jan \u0160ovar bring many years of practical experience. Under the leadership of Jan \u0160ovar, the <a href=\"https:\/\/finreg.cz\/en\/investment-funds-and-asset-management\/\">Act on Management Companies and Investment Funds<\/a> was drafted during his tenure at the Ministry of Finance.
