As a&nbsp;result, Roger is now one of only three non-banking payment service providers in the Czech market with a&nbsp;full PSD2 licence covering both services.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roger, founded by Adam \u0160oukal, is one of the best-known Czech fintech companies, having been active in the market for several years.
