Anna Kottasová is an attorney at law who focuses on advising clients such as payment institutions, investment firms and intermediaries of various financial services and products.
Anna primarily works with clients on issues related to the provision of services to their customers, regulatory compliance, setting up and reviewing outsourcing arrangements or communicating with regulators.
She has extensive experience in licensing proceedings with the CNB, where she works with clients to set up their business and internal processes, as well as customer and internal documentation. She has been involved in CNB licensing proceedings for payment institutions, AISPs, investment firms or crowdfunding platforms and other financial institutions.
