Jiří Mlčák has been an associate at FINREG PARTNERS since 2023.
Jiří Mlčák graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He specializes in the area of public regulation of capital market entities, related corporate matters and licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank.
Before joining FINREG PARTNERS, he worked at a leading Czech law firm, where he also focused on regulatory aspects of financial services. He also gained valuable experience at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the High Court in Prague.
