Said Laouici

Junior Lawyer

Said Laouici is a junior lawyer at FINREG PARTNERS. Said graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, where he continues his studies as a PhD candidate at the Department of Financial Law and Financial Science.

Before joining FINREG PARTNERS, he worked in various roles within financial institutions and in a law firm. As a junior lawyer and previously as a student, he mainly focused on matters related to investment services, collective investment schemes, AML agenda, and the implementation of regulatory requirements, including key EU regulations such as AIFMD, MiFID II, DORA and GDPR.
