Our proactive and individualised approach has succeeded in significantly reducing the length of the licensing proceeding itself and acquiring authorizations for clients in a timeframe that is appreciated by our competitors. We are pioneers in new types of licenses, where the lack of practice and established interpretation of new requirements makes the licensing proceeding particularly challenging. In 2018, we helped Spendee to acquire the first ever PSD2 license in the country. We then secured the first license under the crowdfunding regulation for the client (Investown) in 2023.
