Denis Tichánek is an attorney-at-law who has been working at FINREG PARTNERS since 2020. He focuses mainly on the regulation of the capital markets and provision of investment services.
Denis completed his studies at the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno with a final thesis on the Applicability of European Insider Dealing Regulation to Particular High-Frequency Strategies.
Before joining our law firm, he worked at leading Czech law firm with international focus. He gained valuable experience during his student exchange program in Argentina. He speaks English and Spanish fluently and focuses on the provision of services not only for Czech, but also for foreign clients of the firm.
