Dávid is a Lawyer working at FINREG PARTNERS.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Heidelberg. During his studies, he focused on Private International Law, and in connection with this specialisation, wrote his final thesis on the legal issues of determination of the governing law in cross-border crypto-token transactions.
After graduation, he worked in the corporate & securities practice group at an American law firm in Frankfurt, Germany. He later worked as a lawyer in the public sector and as the Legal Counsel of the first regulatory sandbox in the Czech Republic. He gained further experience at international law firms in Prague and Frankfurt, where he focused primarily on transactions with an international element.
