Kateřina Mikulová is an experienced corporate lawyer who advises national and international companies on corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions, as well as their daily corporate agenda. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
Kateřina further specialises in information technology law and intellectual property rights. She regularly advises on projects in innovative areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and e-commerce. She is active in trademark, copyright, and licensing matters, and also counsels clients on IT compliance (privacy and data security issues) and e-commerce. She has extensive expertise in IP enforcement, drafting and negotiating IP-focused commercial agreements, and advising on all IP aspects of major transactions and corporate restructurings.
In addition, she provides clients with antitrust risk assessments and assists with merger clearance proceedings.
Before joining FINREG PARTNERS, Kateřina spent more than 15 years at Wolf Theiss, a leading international law firm, where she was involved in a number of significant matters for multinational and domestic clients.
