Oliver Zrno

Junior Lawyer

Oliver Zrno is an associate at FINREG PARTNERS. He specializes in legal aspects of financial innovations and capital markets.

Oliver graduated the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, while also gaining experience by studying abroad at the University of Tartu in Estonia where he focused on European law, e-governance, business litigation and change management.

Before joining FINREG PARTNERS he was working at the Ministry of Czech Republic with the Capital markets and Financial Innovation unit, where he gained experience in regulatory aspects of several financial Innovation areas, such as decentralised finance, use cases of artificial intelligence in finance or use cases of the distributed ledger technology, while also gaining experience in emerging regulation of capital markets and investment funds.
