We also focus on real estate intermediary law with respect to the act of real estate intermediaries from the year 2020. Among our clients are some of the leading names in the Czech real estate industry.

Real estate transactions – We focus on a variety of complexities regarding real estate transactions. We provide legal services concerning due diligence and preparation of transaction documents, whether it is a share deal transaction or an asset deal transaction.

Rent – We provide legal advice associated with entering into lease and sublease agreements.

Real estate agencies – We provide legal services for real estate agencies in particular we can provide revision and preparation of contractual and non-contractual documentation, in accordance with the act of real estate intermediaries.

Financing – We provide comprehensive legal services connected with real estate transaction financing and other complex real estate projects including preparation of collateral documentation and organizing closings of relevant transactions.
