Successful Registration of Asset Managers (AIFMs)

We successfully assisted a client based outside the European Union in obtaining registration with the Czech National Bank to offer investments in a foreign investment fund comparable to a qualified investor fund. The manager is not subject to extensive regulation in its home country.

The registration process required sufficient evidence demonstrating the comparability of the manager with the equivalent regulatory framework under Czech law.
