Digital Assets and Crypto

We have a long-standing interest in digital assets, blockchain and crypto. We provide a wide range of legal services to members of the crypto community.

Whether you are a crypto company interested in registering as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP), a financial institution looking to sell crypto assets to your clients, an operator of a Web3 platform, or an issuer of tokens held in DLT, we can provide you with advice tailored to your needs. Our experts have been involved in blockchain and crypto since the very legal beginnings and have been involved in formulating some of the key legal interpretations of the nature of
cryptoassets.

We are members of INATBA, the International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications, affiliated to the European Commission, which has participated in the formulation of the new European regulation of cryptoassets – the MiCA regulation. We are in close contact with the crypto community and the Czech Cryptocurrency Association (ČKMA) and our services form part of the digital asset ecosystem.

Our clients include cryptocurrency exchanges, cryptocurrency portfolio managers, financial institutions and investment funds, as well as global crypto exchanges and large cryptocurrency service providers, to whom we provide a wide range of cryptocurrency-related services:

  • MiCA licence;
  • preparing internal AML guidelines;
  • whitepaper preparation and (crypto) token issuance;
  • VASP registration;
  • contractual setup and contractual documentation related to the crypto project;
  • investment funds investing in crypto
