FINREG PARTNERS becomes member of the FinTech Legal Network

We are pleased to announce that FINREG PARTNERS has become a member of the FinTech Legal Network (FLN) – a global alliance of leading law firms focused on financial regulation, fintech and digital assets.

The Network brings together specialized legal experts from across Europe and beyond to share knowledge, collaborate on cross-border projects and support innovative clients in navigating the fast-evolving regulatory landscape. Membership is by invitation only and is limited to one law firm per jurisdiction. We are proud to represent the Czech Republic in this unique forum.

Our first opportunity to meet the community in person came at the FLN Annual Meeting 2025 in Frankfurt, hosted by our colleagues at FIN LAW. The event featured excellent presentations on current topics such as the US Genius and Clarity Act, recent case law, and the interpretation of MiCA and the legal nature of stablecoins, followed by lively discussions among participants.

Being part of the FLN is a great opportunity to exchange insights on DLT, crypto-assets and other fintech innovations, share best practices and stay on top of international developments in financial regulation – all of which ultimately helps us bring more value to our clients.
