Successful Transformation of Investment Intermediary RubikonFin into an Investment Firm

FINREG PARTNERS assisted in another successful licensing procedure.

In June this year, RubikonFin a.s. obtained an investment firm license. The license also authorises the company to place investment instruments and manage clients assets, activities it was previously unable to undertake as an investment intermediary.

“It’s a cliché to thank everyone – from family, to co-workers, to mentors, to friends. Although it may sound like a cliché, I would still like to thank our friends Jan Šovar and Ondřej Mikula from FINREG PARTNERS, who specialise in licensing – “Thanks guys, without you we probably wouldn’t have gotten the license”. 😊” – Daniel Kadaník, Member of the Board of Directors of RubikonFin a.s.

We are grateful for the successful cooperation, congratulate RubikonFin on reaching another milestone, and are delighted to have been part of this achievement.
