We Assisted Twisto in Extending Its Payment Institution Licence

FINREG PARTNERS has assisted the client, Twisto payments a.s., in extending its payment institution licence to include money transfer services.

Thanks to our efforts, the well-known fintech company Twisto can now expand its portfolio of services to include activities involving the transfer of funds where neither the payer nor the payee uses a payment account held with the payer’s provider (Section 3(1)(f) of the Czech Act on Payments).

In recent years, the granting of licences in the field of payment institutions has become increasingly rare.

We are genuinely pleased with the successful licensing outcome and our ongoing collaboration with the rapidly growing fintech company, Twisto.
